Brief Description: With a great view of the Manchester Pond in Attleboro, this client wanted to maximize their view with an addition/renovation. In order to maximize their view from their new living room and porch, we specified a large 4 panel, glass door into a new screened porch with cathedral ceilings. In addition to the new living room and porch, we also renovated the existing half bathroom.

Brief Description: This client came to us with some images of homes they loved, and we were able to transform them into their dream home. The home was designed and built by AJA Architects + Design Build. This new home has approximately 4,000 SF of finished space which includes: A finished basement/in-law suite, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.

Location: South Street, Foxboro

Brief Description: This design/build project included a full renovation of the existing garrison style colonial home. All finishes were removed down to the studs, the structure reinforced and rebuilt where required and all new finishes installed. We also reconfigured the existing spaces to make the home more functional including the addition of large family room/kitchen, Master bedroom suite with large walk-in closets and a large laundry room.

Brief Description: New waterfront residence located on shores of Gloucester. The existing house was lost to a fire. The home owners were determined to stay in their current location, and we were hired to help them plan and build the home they had always desired. From the ashes of the original home rose a luxurious residence designed to their unique taste.

Brief Description: This new single family home was built in the prestigious and gated Ipswich Country Club. This home included many high end features including natural wood roof shingles, copper flashing, custom designed exterior lighting, an open floor plan and large cathedral ceilings. The community includes beautiful wooded house lots and a private country club and golf course.

Brief Description: This Design/Build project included the demolition of existing home to make way for this new custom built colonial. Home was thoughtfully designed for its small and narrow house lot. The home included many high end features including custom designed and built fireplace and entertainment center. This project was designed from start to finish the fit the wish list of the home owners.

Project markedly improved the neighborhood for its owners and the community at large.
