Brief Description: AJA previously completed an exterior renovation project for Revere City Hall. We are also in the concept phase of a proposed 1 million dollar interior renovation project. This ambitious project includes the reconfiguration of departments and the construction of a new Mayor’s Office. AJA is working with the City to ensure the renovation of the occupied building does not disrupt any city services for the residents of Revere.

Brief Description: The Renovations of the Central Fire station were completed under two separate contracts totaling approximately 1 million dollars. The first phase consisted of significant exterior improvements including Masonry Repairs, installation of new cornice, and doors and Windows. The second phase was a complete interior renovation of the existing fire station which included removing and replacing the existing concrete apparatus floor and other interior improvements.

Brief Description: The 2.5 million dollar renovation to one the city’s most iconic landmarks, included the replacement of multiple types of roofing systems on many levels and roof terraces. The project was completed with minimal disruption to the city government operations. The project was completed successfully and overcame many complexities of the existing building and the need for the city to stay open for business.
